Gown
details: The one-piece dress is made in Linen fabric and cotton laces - fully washable. Bodice and sleeves are fully lined. The square, 18th century style neckline of the dress is edged with a delicate white lace. Elbow-length
sleeves are finished with a ruffle of white lace at the opening of the sleeve
and echo the styles of women's 18th century gowns. The full skirt falls from a slightly pointed front waistline, and is generously gathered. As was customary with children's dresses in the 18th century, the skirt features tucks along the hemline, serving as pretty accents, but also practical, to be let down as the wearer grows taller! Maximum skirt length is 36". This design available in Solid Color Linen fabric Price.
. . . $125.00
| For a comfortable fit - and also historically correct for young girls - the dress closes in the back with tape-ties to form bows. The center back meets over a fabric placket, both for modesty, and to allow adjustment as the young lady grows up, and the ties can be made slightly looser ![]() Caps sold seperately
